Round Two – Day 25: Stretch X
I had such a hard time sitting through Stretch X. I actually paused it 40 minutes in and considered stopping. It just doesn’t seem right to go so slow on a Thursday afternoon. I should be doing 1,000 asanas and sweating my butt off. Anyways, I am done complaining. I think I will cut the post short and relax a little bit.
Diet went well.
Tip of the Day: Pinch yourself every few minutes during Stretch X to check if you are sleeping.
Yes I know that feeling. After you got a hang on Yoga, you felt X Stretch is nothing. Regardless I did X Stretch in the morning at 5 am. Just imagine how I’d fall asleep while lying down on the floor haha.

I normally try to tell myself, “this is important, its only one hour.” But, for some reason I was really impatient yesterday. I guess I like the feeling of hard work now, because I know it means progress.
