His Holiness Abune Dioskoros, 4th Patriarch of the Eritrean Orthodox Tewahdo Church, gave benediction to the entire Eritrean people in connection with Christmas.
The Patriarch wished Merry X-Mass to followers of the Faith inside the country and abroad, as well as members of the Defense Force safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty and undertaking reconstruction programs.
His Holiness Abune Dioskoros further called on nationals to extend a helping hand to needy compatriots, besides making enhanced contribution in the nation-building process. He also expressed goodwill that the year 2010 would herald peace, stability, development and prosperity.
