CTMH In Full Bloom CAS

Once again, I am taking inspiration from Close To My Heart’s Picture My Life cards and another CTMH Maker! I don’t have the PML cards but this was such a fast and easy card to create — and the way my life has been lately, that’s what I need! This card is the perfect way to use up an “oops” too. I accidently double stamped one of the sides of my future card with Close To My Heart’s In Full Bloom cardmaking stamp set. Instead of throwing it all away, I can use the good side to fussy cut select blooms. I did the same thing here in my last post!

The bottom section is super fuzzy in real life

The next way I added a little splash of color was to drag a small square ink pad downwards in three quick swipes. I have some little cubed ink pads from a CTMH’s promotion bundle in years past but I’m sure you have something in your stash! You can also use the sponge technique that CTMH demonstrated here. This last technique is something I shared in my latest newsletter in case you missed it! Are you signed up to get my monthly newsletter? It’s not spammy and it’s free! Sign up in the upper left side bar. The last finishing touch was to find the perfect sentiment for that center space. Thank You Kindly is still available online. I found so many that worked, and I will be recreating this card more often (and, I actually have already!) tee hee…. PS. My butterfly is from a retired CTMH but I suspect you have many in your stash that will work. If you need help finding a good butterfly set though, let me know!

Don’t you love a pretty and clean and simple (CAS) card?! I do!!
