ALMOND FLOUR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup low calorie sweetner, I used xylitol
1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts of any kind.Preparation:
Preheat oven for 350 degrees

  1. Cream the melted butter, sugar, vanilla essence, and eggs with hand or with an electric whisk
  2. Mix almond flour , baking soda and a pinch of salt. Add them to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Now add chopped nuts and chocolate pieces to the dough.
  4. in a cookie sheet drop tablespoons of dough and place in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove and cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
