The RNA Mapping Database Paper is out!

Our collaborative paper with Rhiju Das’ lab at Stanford on the RNA mapping database (RMDB) is out in bioinformatics. Rhiju started the RMDB as a way to easily share RNA chemical and enzymatic probing data in a one-stop-shop resource with plenty of useful tools and such for getting access too and analyzing this data. With the addition of SHAPE-Seq datasets by us (and hopefully many others soon), we are working on making this an extremely rich resource for the RNA community. In fact we anticipate many new RNA structural bioinformatic tools to be built around the resource, and certainly plan on depositing all of our SHAPE-Seq data there! You can visit the RMDB at http://rmdb.stanford.edu/repository/.
