• Magical Item – Uncommon – Boots of Springing and Striding – 400 gp
  • Standard: While you wear these boots, your walking speed becomes 30 feet, unless your walking speed is higher, and your speed isn’t reduced if you are encumbered or wearing heavy armour. In addition, you can jump three times the normal distance, though you can’t jump farther than your remaining movement would allow.
  • Attunement: You can move an extra 5 ft to your normal movement and have advantage on jump checks.
  • Relic: If you are a human your walking speed increases by 5 ft. If you are an Thyatian and attuned for at least a week, you do not suffer the effects exhausted, you still gain the levels, and once it reaches death, you die, but until then you don’t feel the effects.

Decided to remove the cursed aspect of the boots when worn by Thyatians that states “You cannot reduce the levels of exhaustion while attuned to these boots.”
