Memory Lane offers a smooth and consistent listen throughout as Shordie Shordie and Murda Beatz display their immense chemistry, with only one feature from Trippie Redd on track 7, “LOVE.”
An undisputed pioneer, Murda Beatz has established himself as one of the hottest producers in the industry within the past few years, having produced countless hit records, including Drake’s “Nice For What,” Travis Scott’s “Butterfly Effect” and “Motorsport” by the Migos, Nicki Minaj and Cardi B. From humble beginnings to the top of the industry, landing on Forbes‘ 30 Under 30 just recently, Murda Beatz grew up in Fort Erie, Ontario playing drums, before starting to make beats on FL Studio at the age of 17. He soon moved to Chicago, where he linked up with Chief Keef and Lil Durk, laying down the groundwork for his eventual connection with the Migos, producing some of their most acclaimed singles to date.
