I come from a beautiful four-season country named Iran. It’s worldwide that how terrific is Iran’s nature, history, culture, and its people.
Nothing can concur the beauty of Mount Damavand, the great exceptional Caspian Sea, and the stunning Persian Gulf.
My beloved home has been the scene of so many wars, and natural disasters in its glorious history but Iran has been always standing still and proud like a patient and passionate mom, looking after its family.
So many different tribes live in Iran peacefully and respectfully. Such a great diversity makes Iran as an attractive beautiful masterpiece. This multiple differences in cultures is seen in people’s language, accents, clothing, food and almost every detail of their lifestyle.
Iran is famous for its art. It’s calligraphy, paintings, tilework, rugs and carpets.
Shiraz is famous for having great poets of all time such as Hafez and Saadi.
Isfahan the third biggest city of Iran is known as “ half of the world” because it can represent the beauty and specialty of Persian art and history. Zayandeh Rood flows the warmth and kindness all over the city. And the historical, lovely Naghsh e Jahan Square is located in the heart of Isfahan , with its unique design and tilework.
Yazd is a great city in the middle of dessert with the kindest people ever. Yazd was one of the first cities in the world with the advanced architecture of wind catchers to cool the weather at noon in the houses. And even now, after more than hundred years, houses are made from clay and brick with tall wind catchers.
Tabriz is one the cities which beside its amazing nature, is famous for its rugs and carpets.
Kish Island, the most brilliant gem in Persian Gulf, is like it has been always my home. Most beautiful sea shore I have ever seen with all those lovely extra ordinary coral in the seabed. I think I know every bundle of small fish which move all together so nice and smooth in the sea.
And of course can’t overlook my hometown; Tehran. Tehran is the capital of Iran. It’s the center of politics. Tehran itself is a touristic city because there are a considerable number of palaces which represent the history that Iran went through in many years, and also there are different museums which the Jewelry Museum is one of the most amazing museums in Tehran.
As I write about Iran I feel like falling in love with my homeplace again and again.
