Gotta say something about Trump.
Hi Gang!
One of the big things going on is the call of a look into Impeachment proceedings again President Donald Trump. Not exactly a new idea as people have been calling for a legal look into what he has been doing for a while. Now it seems like people have an idea of what he does enough to actually look into it.
Good.
It’s no secret that I ran against him in the 2016 election. Didn’t even come close to winning, but that wasn’t the point. I was looking at being a candidate for voters who would have put in Superman or Mickey Mouse and gave them a name to actually vote for instead of any of the candidates that I didn’t think were very good. Trump has kind of shown that he was worse than people even feared during the election. He has shown to be a racist and doesn’t care even for the people that actually voted for him. I have no sympathy for him and would love it to see him fail against whoever he is running against in 2020.
The mounting evidence he tried to get Ukraine and China to look into his political rival Joe Biden and his son isn’t to be ignored. I’m not convinced either Bidans have clean hands either but to call on other countries to dig up dirt on them and think he could do so without an issue is kind of a problem.
At this point, I don’t care if he actually gets removed from the office or not. The next election is about a year away and looking at things you wonder if all those people who voted for him in 2016 would want to do it again. Then again, you wonder if his winning that election in the first place was even legit. But besides what happened back then, We have another election coming up so there is plenty of chances there to vote him out. THAT would really make me happy and show that things are a lot different than they were four years ago. I’d not cry if Impeachment does go through. If it goes all the way and he is impeached, GOOD but there are a lot of different options to deal with the orange goblin in Washington.
It is time for the United States to move on from this disaster. It is time for someone who doesn’t make their country embarrassed to run things.
