Today is an amazing day for Fortnite players as they enter the Fortnite universe with a new revamped map. Now, you will have to adapt to a new way of life after the Island was flooded. There are new enemies and new challenges to consider, such as storms and sharks. The sharks are dangerous but you can use them for transportation purposes via your fishing rod. Now is a good time to learn how to water ski.

The western area of the island is noticeably submerged with places such as the Weeping Woods and Slurpy Swamp no longer visible. However, Epic Games assures the players that as time goes on and water recedes, more locations will be uncovered. It is believed that once that happens and roads become clear, that cars may be coming to Fortnite later in the season where you can actually drive. How cool is that?!

Of course, there are new enemies that have arrived with this season called the Marauders that come crashing down onto the island. Real players are not your only enemies now so be aware of your surroundings.

With this new season also comes a new battle pass. And can you guess which character you can unlock in this new submerged world? None other than Aquaman! In addition, you can now build your own customizable umbrella throughout the season as you discover new parts.

Finally, this is a really exciting season. You get Aquaman, a submerged island, sharks, cars, and new NPC enemies. It seems to us like Epic Games has ticked all the boxes for a fun and challenging season. This new update is now available on all mobile devices, including iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch.
