Playboy pilot was definitely and interesting read! I give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars!

“We’re two wrongs that somehow make a right. Inseparable we’re miserable, but together…we somehow work.”

I loved Carter and Kendall together. Kendall is a 24 year old rich girl looking for her next vacation to get away and have some time to think about some realllyyyy big decisions Carter is a hot pilot who happens to meet Kendall at an airport bar and manages to convince her to get on his flight to Rio (she doesn’t know he’s flying however). Carter knows that despite where she comes from, there is something different about her and it pulls him in.

“I liked a challenge, and Kendall was the first woman in a long time who played hard to get. That made me hard.”

They end up embarking on different trips together after their shared experience in Rio. neither of them know where this is going, but they can’t get enough to stop it.

“I don’t know what the fuck is happening here, but when I thought you were gone, it felt way worse than it should’ve after only knowing someone for two days. So, I don’t know what this is. I just know I want more of it.”

As Kendall and Carter go through getting to know one another and getting into some twists and turns, they learn and feel more than they initially thought

“I wasn’t ready to believe it. Nevertheless, the song was there.
And I Love Her.”

They were a perfect match and their respective story lines kept me engaged and wanting more through the whole book! Their attraction flowed Naturally, It wasn’t your usually “instalove” but it was certainly intense between the characters. And the Character development between the both of them I thought was done well, especially the growth in Kendall.

I love when Penelope Ward and Vi Keeland work together on books because I always enjoy them. There is something about their combined writing styles, where it isn’t the same love stories you always see. The only place it fell short for me were some of the
“spoilers” of the book seemed a little unrealistic, either way I Definitely recommend!
