Is it possible to edit post via voice before they are published?
-
Here is my issue. I want to be able to edit my post by voice before they are published. Is there a setting that will allow me to hold those post into a draft so that they can be edited before the public can view them?
and also, Why Can’t Contributors add post by voice?

I’m sorry but we Volunteers answering support questions do not have an answer for you. Staff have deactivated the support link until 12PM UTC on Monday 1st August.
When it’s activated again you can approach them for answers. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

So I will have to submit this again or will they come back to my post to answer my question?

You will have to use the support ticket system when the support link is reactivated 12PM UTC on Monday 1st August. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox and type in “post by voice” at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
