The Sunday Post – 14/05/17

I’ve had an amazingly lazy Sunday which is wonderful and for once I’m not even feeling a little bit guilty about not getting out of bed until after 12 o’clock. I managed to finish my book and listen to a few podcasts, The News Quiz, No Such Thing As A Fish  and Simon Mayo’s Confessions Podcast – If anyone knows of any good bookish podcasts let me know!

In other news I managed to survive a five day week at work, my first one in over a month! That said I was absolutely exhausted by the time I got home on Friday night! Next week I’m only in the office 3 days, tomorrow I have off as study leave as I’ve got an exam on Wednesday afternoon – Business Needs in Procurement & Supply – yes it’s a thrilling as it sounds!

I’m going to spend the rest of my afternoon catching up on blog stuff, I’ve got some scribbled notes to turn into post-able reviews, and need to update some pages and menus, and then I’ll be taking part in the #SundayYA chat at 6pm. Come join us!

On The Blog This Week

On Monday I started the week by celebrating reaching 100 followers here! Thanks again to everyone who has followed me over the past 4 and a bit months! I also completed The Mystery Blogger Award that Bex nominated me for. I didn’t tag anyone as I wasn’t sure who hadn’t already been tagged, but if you feel like answering a few random questions feel free to consider yourself tagged! Or if you don’t feel like writing a full post feel free to answer a question or two in the comments!

On Tuesday I posted my review of A State of Grace by Rachael Lucas – a fantastic read –  and a teaser from Countless by Karen Gregory.

On Wednesday I posted my weekly reading update

On Friday I posted a brief review of Weird Things Customers Say In Bookshops

On Saturday I posted a discussion post – Asking is Kindle Unlimited worth the £7.99 a month?
