Talking Racine Episode 167 Is City Hall the Factory of Fear?

Talking Racine discusses the amicus brief filed by the City of Racine in support of the Wisconsin Democratic Party. The term is used to refer to a legal brief, called an amicus brief that may be filed with an appellate court, including a supreme court, by a party not involved with a current case, but in support of one side or another on the legal issue at hand. We bring the perspective down to the local level to discuss issues that affect our own city. We’re about investigative reporting on topics that matter corruption, conflicts of interest, broken systems, abuses by institutions and individuals with power, whether that’s government, nonprofits, or the press itself.
