The next round of the Magical Readathon is running during the month of April. I absolutely love this readathon and I’m excited to participate again this year.
This year G went above and beyond and created the most amazing booklet full of wizarding careers you can pursue. This way you can choose your OWLs according to your future career. You can get a copy of the booklet to print out here!
I’ve decided to got for the Librarian career, so I’m aiming to complete 5 O.W.L.s – Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Defense Against the Dark Arts, History of Magic, and Transfiguration.
1. Ancient Runes: Retelling – A Study in Charolette by Brittany Cavallaro
This is a gender-bent Sherlock Holmes retelling.
2. Arithmancy: Written by More Than One Author – Him by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy
This is a hockey romance – always a favorite of mine.
3. Defense Against the Dark Arts: Starts with “R” – Red, White, & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston
I have an arc of this and I’ve heard AMAZING early reviews. I can’t wait to start this.
4. History of Magic: Published More Than 10 Years Ago – Murder on the Links (Hercule Poirot #2) by Agatha Christie
I have a goal to read through the Hercule Poirot series.
5. Transfiguration: Book With a Red Cover – The Vanishing Stair (Truly Devious #2) by Maureen Johnson
This is the sequel to Truly Devious. I’m really looking forward to picking this series back up.
Are you participating in the Magical readathon? What career are you pursuing? I’d love to hear about your TBR!
♥♥♥♥
I’m trying my best for Alchemist!
Good luck and have fun!
