Chic and Easy Mom on the Go

Too many women suffer from not having time to get ready in the morning…any any mornings after they’ve gotten married and/or have children.  The focus always shifts from us (me, you, baby) to them (you and baby); the Me gets lost in translation.  It’s unfortunate that women have to carry all the burdens we have and are expected to look a certain way…it seems impossible…ESPECIALLY IF YOU ADD WORK INTO THE MIX.

Tiffany is wife, momma, teacher and super-saiyan. The key to adding a little spark back in her life and yours is a cute, simple wardrobe built on separates and wardrobe basics. Check out some of the looks I put together from our shopping trip that did not break the bank. I scored all of these pieces (minus bags) from consignment shopping: Escada, White House Black Market, Vince Camuto, J. Crew, Talbots, Chicos and more for less than $200! 3 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of heels, 3 necklaces and 11 tops to interchange with new and existing bottoms.

Trend: Pastels

These pink Calvin Klein heels were new and went with so many different looks because of the soft blush tones. This patterned pastel, pastel heels and pastel colored necklace are definitely in this spring and easy transferrable across seasons.

Trend: Lace and Laser cuts

If you’re curvy, accentuate your figure with slim fit jeans and soft, feminine blouses.  Lace detailing adds the perfect amount of flirt to your look for date night, but also covers your skin during the day at work.IMG_6766IMG_6789IMG_6781

Trend: Prints

I love mixing prints, but if that’s too outside your comfort zone, pair your bold print with a bright color. This ruched, off shoulder top and these bold pants is a great at drawing out your inner confidence…red and prints have the power to do so, because when you wear it, you own it!

Busy moms need quick accessories- either earrings or a necklace, but definitely a large bag for all of the errands and wipes and lotion and lipstick we need.

Keep it simple, keep it fresh!
