This drink is full of vitamins. It is good for diagestion also. Very simple to make. We can make this with out sugar also. I have made this juice with out sugar today. let us see how to make this yummy drink.
Preparation time time approx 10 minutes.
Ingredients.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 inch piece ginger.
- 2 or 3 coriander leaves.
- 1 tbsp sugar. ( white or brown) Optional.
- less than 1/2 tsp salt.
- water.
Method.
Peel the ginger and wash,wash coriandr leaves also. Grind the coriander leaves, salt, sugar and little water. Strain this .
Add lemon juice and water.
Serve.
Options.
you can add plain soda water instead of water. Add ice cubes if you like.
