Line Numbers Don’t Show in AFPC Public Site Search

Why is it that when you search for “line numbers” on AFPC’s public web site you get the following:

Shouldn’t a document relating to “line numbers” be at the top of the page or on the first page of these search results? Even a Google search has no results from any official Air Force public site. You might get lucky to find pages on AirForceTimes.com with line numbers from several months ago. However, this information is outdated when you don’t have your Common Access Card (CAC) handy.
