We had a small group for the Scavenger Hunt at the Fort Worth Stock Yards. Tracy Del Favero led us and came up with some very challenging topics…about 28 of them in total.
A few of our topics were Texas Gold, Lost and Confused, A Place that might possibly exchange Christmas gifts (White Elephant Saloon?), A Penny on a Railroad Track, Old, Orange, etc. You needed to know some history of the Stock Yards to come up with some of these or really tap into your imagination.
After giving everyone the scavenger hunt list, we broke into groups of two and headed out. We took about 2 hours to locate our topics and get photos, after which, we met for lunch at Habeneros where Tracy had reserved the back room so we could review our photos.
