    Geee !!!!!! – Can you do this for 4 minutes with your replaced knees????? Are the prosthesis attached to subcutaneous high powered lithium ion batteries & do you charge them before going to bed ??
    Be careful – With this sort of violent vibrations, many other parts might fall off or loosen up!
    I cant do this but I know one other person who can do this – you guessed it – Our Baila Kumari !

    you have not given details of any website or whether through Youtube.Through Goolgle there are numerous articles and nothing specifically for knees.

    My humble view isYou donโ€™t need to be taking part in high impact exercise to benefit. In fact, low impact is easier on the joints and can be just as beneficial.
