Before you marry a person, you should first make them use a computer with slow Internet to see who they really are.
— Will Ferrell
Here is something that I watched (and thoroughly enjoyed) with Daddy-O today.
Let me know what you think!
Did you agree? Did you laugh? Please tell me you laughed!
Are you happy?
Are you married?
Are you happily married?
What do you think makes a marriage last?
Isn’t she divorced?
I am not sure. I don’t think so!

I was thinking of someone else.
Hah! I bet the person you were thinking of was on a daytime talk show.
Amirite?
Bwa ha ha ha ha ha! The day I take advice from that particular person… well.. well.. I just don’t see that happening ever!
BTW yes I’m happily Married. I’ve had some very good examples in my life I suspect that right there is a huge help. Some marriages though can’t ever be helped.
That’s the best kind of married to be. I’m sure of it!
We have had great examples, too, and I agree with you. I think it makes a world of difference.
Respect is a two way street and it runs right through the centre of Happily Married Town. 😀
Agree. Some marriages cannot be helped. Sometimes people marry for the wrong reasons. Sometimes people expect things to change or people to change.
Sometimes the “next logical step” is not marriage, it’s parting ways. 😉
😀 this made me happy to read.
Well good! 😀
There is a reason we are friends. Faraway friends or not… we are friends.
Yes I am happily married. Just two years in but still happy 😀
Happily *newly* married! That’s a pretty great time to be happily married. 😀
Right – that’s my question, too. I love Ted talks, but who the heck is Ted??
Hah!
Glad I am not the only one. 😉
