Back when I was in University I wrote an essay on eco artists, and one of the artists I focused on was Ana Mendieta. I fell upon one of her artworks today, and have spent a wonderful half an hour re-engaging with her work. One of my favourite pieces in her eclectic portfolio is Tree Of Life.
