Children’s Health Defense will hold a press conference March 22 to discuss why it seeks emergency relief to stay a rule that would preempt federal and state civil rights laws designed to protect the disabled.
Children’s Health Defense (CHD) Thursday filed a motion for emergency relief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit asking the court to stay the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Over-the-Air Reception Devices” (OTARD) Rule Amendment before it goes into effect March 29.
The motion is part of CHD’s petition, filed on Feb. 26, challenging the rule amendment. CHD will hold a press conference March 22, at 4 p.m. EDT (register below).
CHD is opposing an amended rule allowing private property owners to place fixed point-to-point antennas supporting wireless service on their property and, for the first time, to extend wireless data/voice services, including 5G, to users on neighboring properties. The rule purports to facilitate fast deployment of mesh Wi-Fi networks, 5G and the ground infrastructure for SpaceX satellites, especially in rural areas.
The amended rule allows installation of radiation-transmitting antennas on homes while preempting all state and local zoning authority. No permit is required, homeowners’ association and deed restrictions and any other state laws are preempted.
The focus of CHD’s motion for emergency relief is the FCC’s preemption of federal and state civil rights laws that protect the disabled and their rights for accommodations. People who are adversely affected will have no right to object to the installation of these devices, even though they will be involuntarily exposed to harmful radiation in their homes.
A motion for stay requires that the movants demonstrate: (a) likelihood of success on the merits in the case; (b) they are likely to suffer irreparable harm; (c) the balance of interests favors an injunction; and (d) a stay is in the public interest.
In its motion, CHD claims that if the amended rule goes into effect, petitioners and many others who developed radiation sickness (electrosensitivity) or other sicknesses caused or aggravated by wireless technology radiation, will suffer immediate, irreparable and, for some, life-threatening injuries. Many will be driven out of their homes, but nowhere will be safe for them, not even rural areas.
CHD argues petitioners are likely to win the case because the amended rule violates substantive and procedural due process rights, and is unlawful and contrary to the public interest. Therefore, and because of the irreparable harm to many, the court should grant the stay pending a final decision in the case.
Petitioners include a family physician and mothers of four children who are sick from wireless radiation.
CHD’s April letter to the FCC was joined by 6,231 people who declared that they and/or their children are sick from wireless radiation. Eleven affidavits were filed in support of the motion, providing evidence of widespread sickness and even death in adults and children.
Three of the affidavits were filed by experts, including Beatrice Golomb, M.D., Ph.D., whose 2018 paper showed that the “mystery sickness” suffered by U.S. diplomats was likely caused by pulsed radio-frequencies The petitioners in the March 18 filing experience the same sickness and symptoms brought on by exposure to wireless technology.
Following the request of the U.S. Department of State to advise officials on the “mystery” sickness of the U.S. diplomats, in December 2020, the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine (NAS) published a report, “An Assessment of Illness in U.S. Government Employees and Their Families at Overseas Embassies,” confirming Golomb’s findings regarding the diplomats.
Riina Bray, medical director, Environmental Health Clinic, Women’s College Hospital in Toronto, Canada — the first hospital clinic in the world to specialize in radiation sickness, wrote to the court that seven doctors in the clinic had already diagnosed more than 400 patients with the condition, and they have a long waiting list. In addition to having a medical degree, Bray has a degree in chemical engineering and a master’s in pharmacology/toxicology in the area of drug addiction and neurotoxicology.

This is an issue that I’ve been aware of and tried to bring to the attention of my own community and public officials to no avail as the again the money and nefarious of our world are running rampant to do whatever they want regardless of the cost to our environment and we human beings that are being altered in the process! Now this newest onslaught is like that older problem on steroids being exponentially worse in its powerful emissions in the electromagnetic spectrum of energy as to what the short and long term costs to life and environment will be, especially when new low orbiting satellites will be bombarding the planet with energy waves in the communicating process with the network of AI and 5G global technology constantly 24/7 as the world of machines and Artificial Life eclipse human and other terrestrial life in importance!
For many years I’ve been concerned with the increased exposure to electromagnetic fields created by power grid systems in our communities. I actually started a petition in my community to resist a proposed plan by the power company and the State’s Public Utilities Commission who I recognized were in bed together promoting a new Three Phase Power Trunk Transmission Line being placed right next to existing homes, putting lives at greater risk; all being enabled and facilitated by the fact of the embedded Crony Capitalism /New World Order agendas being carried out on a global scale.
Increasingly, the medical community is recognizing the danger to health these power lines can cause. For example, a variety of studies suggests that living close to high-voltage power lines can increase the incidence of several kinds of cancer, as well as other diseases. An increased risk of 69% for leukemia was found for children living within 200 m of power lines while an increased risk of 23% was found for children living within 200 to 600 m of the lines. Now this past known danger is being dwarfed by the New High Tech.
Here I list some reliable data that clearly indicates in the least that we are heading into very shaky territory with regard to increased risk factors for human life as this high tech explosion is taking on A Mind of its Own.

Folks, I say for the “Technology Race or World of Machines” coupled with Artificial Intelligence and the lessening of value or importance of human beings; we’re ever increasingly being gradually subjugated to become slaves to technology while being placed in a Huge Microwave Oven.
I can say this, I’m certain that this movement toward higher capacity and faster data transmission being the driving force behind 5G and other quickly advancing technologies that people like Microsoft’s Bill Gates working closely with the Communist Chinese Government on rapid advancement isn’t going to end pretty for we humans, as we are going to fast become obsolete; while another force behind all of this which is diabolical in nature is going to be positioning itself to enslave the entire human race and planet. This all dovetails with New World Order and Antichrist.
I myself some years back worked in the control room of a television broadcasting station and through conversation with long term employees there discovered that a couple of guys had developed thyroid cancers which I thought more likely were either directly caused by the electromagnetic field or radio wave emissions they were being exposed to continually or if not the most direct link to the cancers may have played a role in exacerbating an underlying biological issue in these men; perhaps acting like a trip wire or switch to trigger the illness. Moreover my thought on this whole debate is that we are looking at short term data and these cell technologies are fairly new relatively speaking on the forefront of digital communication with up close and daily personal use by the masses, and there are no massive long term studies on which to base sensible foundational truths on what sort of harm might be occurring to billions of humans which may become all too obvious eventually when the damage is done and we find birth defects or brain damage and a variety of cancers cropping up. Anyone with basic awareness about cancers knows that repeated exposure to an unnatural level of irritation to human tissue especially over the long term is a recipe for cell mutation and development of cancer.
