泡菜豬肉炒烏冬 Fried udon with kimchi pork

烏冬 Udon
泡菜 Kimchi
蒜芯 Garlic shoot
豬肉片 Pork

做法 Method

  1. 首先將烏冬放入滾水煮至散開,即拿起備用

Cook the udon in boiling water until dissociate then take out and put it aside.

  1. 將豬肉放入煱炒,加少許豉油,跟着加入蒜芯(切條)及適量泡菜煮熟,最後將烏冬放入去跟其他材料炒勻便成!

Pan fry the pork with some soy sauce. Then add sliced garlic shoot and some kimchi until cooked. Add udon at last to mix with other ingredients. It’s easy!
