Owned by Brandon Acres and Allen Caruso, THORN + ROOTS has announced the launch of its newest location at 381 Route 17 South in Ridgewood, New Jersey, United States. The company will open its doors on April 20, 2022 with festivities planned throughout the following days.
Known for its organic, local and healthy options, the fresh, casual and on-the-go acai bowls, juice, smoothie, grain bowl and avocado bar will open with a full three days of celebrations. Customers can expect several opening deals.
“We love serving the existing communities we are in and THORN + ROOTS has a larger mission of spreading goodness in the world,” Caruso shared. “We are set touch new lives with our mission of showing people that healthy food doesn’t have to taste bad or bland.”
On April 20, 2022, the first 50 THORN + ROOTS guests get a free acai bowl with $5 bowls after that. The celebration continues on April 21, 2022 with $2 avocado toast, wrapping up on April 22, 2022 with Happy Hour all day, which includes 50% off everything.
“As part of our restaurant’s mission, our team, Allen and I, believe it was appropriate to spread our goal of fast heathy food to Ridgewood,” Acres said. “We are very excited about coming to a town like Ridgewood, with its hometown feel, but big city energy, in which our food caters well to”.
THORN + ROOTS is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The eatery offers a relaxed, casual vibe for its visitors, as well as gift cards and a loyalty rewards program.
In October 2018, THORN + ROOTS opened its doors in Saratoga Springs, Saratoga County, New York, USA followed by its sister store in Burlington, Chittenden County, Vermont, USA. Ridgewood will be the small company’s third location.
