I have always been a giver of hugs. A large part of that is because my mother is a huggy person and so are a lot of my family members. I like my hugs on a regular basis. My younger children like hugs but my older ones are too cool for that stuff. I still sneak up on them and give them hugs anyway. I figure what is the point of being a mother of teenagers/young adults if you can’t make them squirm with a hug from time to time? 🙂
