Simple rule change to make for a way way better basketball game in the final two minutes.

Don’t let coaches horde a batch of timeouts and then use them all at the end of the game.

It slows the game to a snail’s pace.

Let the players play and coach the players to function on the court in the final minute of the game on their own.

How about one timeout in the final 60 seconds, and one in the minute proceeding that.

That’s plenty.

And then let them play!
