Sky Climber

I have posted a picture of this structure before in last years blog, but when I was in Gettysburg last week, I thought that if there was another blue sky saturday that I would go back and shoot it again, closer. Today was the day.  This is the John Jaeger Center for athletics on the college campus.  This was built in 2009 and opened in the Fall of 2010.  What is really neat about this structure is that it is actually a climbing wall that students can actually climb.  I was intrigued when I read about it and looking at it from this perspective, I think I’d like to give it a try.  After my shoulder heals from surgery, of course! 🙂 August 25, 2012
