Enter Shikari to embark on North American tour in 2018

With a couple of months left before 2017 finally comes to an end, Enter Shikari is already making plans for early 2018. On Tuesday (Oct. 3), the British band announced plans to hit the North American road in early 2018. Their upcoming tour which will be in support of their recently released record, The Spark, will kick off on Jan. 19, 2018 at the Mohawk in Austin, Texas. The over-a-month-long tour will then come to a close on Feb. 27, 2018 at the Crescent Ballroom in Phoenix, Arizona.

Heading out alongside the four-piece will be United Kingdom-based punk band Milk Teeth. Milk Teeth will hit the road with Enter Shikari in support of their new EP, Go Away. According to Enter Shikari’s social media, another group is set to join them on the road, but the identity of that band has yet to be confirmed. Tickets for the upcoming tour will go on sale beginning this Friday, Oct. 6, at noon local time.

Enter Shikari’s North American tour will be the follow-up to the group’s massive European trek which will kick off on Nov. 16 at the Echo Arena in Liverpool. That tour will conclude on Dec. 12 at the Tonhalle in Munich, Germany, closing out their touring schedule just in time for the holidays.

Enter Shikari released their fifth studio album, The Spark on Sept. 22 through Ambush Reality/PIAS Recordings. The Spark reached the number 22 spot on Billboard‘s Alternative Album chart and the number five spot on the U.K. Albums chart. For now, the complete list of tour dates can be seen below.
