Whilst politicians fooled around having a great time celebrating the opening of the 47th Parliament, in the real-world, ‘The National Plan’ death toll just kept on rising, with 272 deaths in four days.

Compare the statistics for Friday 22nd July 2022 with the data for the 26th July 2022 and it is abundantly obvious that there is nothing to celebrate. In this 4-day period, 165,000 people were infected with COVID-19 and the death toll skyrocketed again.

THESE DEATHS WILL KEEP ON UNTIL THE LAW IS OBEYED

Whilst our federal politicians literally fooled around playing games in the parliament, Death swept across the country and today more families are mourning the loss of a family member.

Note that 1 death in 8 since the 25th January 2020, (30 months ago) has occurred in the last 26 days.

THE FIRST COVID-19 DEATH

With the exception of a few deaths in January and February 2020,the majority of these deaths violate the following anti-terrorism laws, which means that they are unlawful homicides.

Yesterday’s posting was submitted to the 12 senators and 9 Members of the House of Representatives who collectively represent ‘Electors’ in South Australia. It was also submitted to Deputy Commissioner Linda Williams, Martin Campbell, the CEO of Worksafe SA, and the SA Coroner, David Whittle.

The ‘good news’ for anyone who is accused or convicted of a crime is that if  the people who are responsible for ‘The National Plan’ murders are not arrested, this failure to uphold constitutional law may become the ultimate “get out of jail and sue“ card. In addition to wasting my time and a lot of  electrons by asking the police to investigate these homicides, I have also called our new PM, ‘Albo’.

Allowing COVID-19 into Australia violates S 101.1 of the Commonwealth Criminal Code (as defined under S.100.1(2) (a-e). Most of the 11,304 deaths that occurred as of 9:00PM last night are MURDERS under S.268.8 of this code and every other murder statute in Australia’s states and territory criminal codes. When it comes to the COVID-19 pandemic, if ‘Albo’ (and the cops) decide to stick with ‘The National Plan’ and the then the worst may yet to come.
