Yesterday: 15,786 people had died from COVID-19, but the numbers just keep on rising.

YESTERDAY, WE HAD THIS:

AUSTRALIA LATE YESTERDAY

THE DEADLY TOLL CONTINUES TO RISE

A couple of months ago, I predicted that because politicians will not obey the law, the death toll by the end of the year would be between 16,000 and 19,000. At this rate, we will probably reach the 16,000 mark in less than 10-days time.

What can we do to stop these murders?

PLENTY!

I have personally dobbed these serial killers in to both the Robo-debt and the Defence & Veteran Suicide Royal Commissions of inquiry.

THE EMCOTT REPORT

The Robo-debt Royal Commission:

The Submission Form

The Cover Page – an extract:

The Cover page of an 80-page precise

The views of Major-General Sengelman closely parallel the views of Commissioner Bruce Lander in the Oakden report.

OAKDEN – ANOTHER DARK CHAPTER IN AUSTRALIA’S HISTORY

BREATH-TAKING NEGLIGENCE AND INCOMPETENCE

WAS THIS A CASE OF PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY?

Behind the cover page of The Emcott Report are some 80-pages of documents, matters of fact, and opinions, that pull no punches: many government ministers, many MPs, senators, and chief executives knew exactly what was happening.

I am in agreement with Major-General Sengelman that the system is corrupt and those who stand to lose by fixing the problem will fight tooth and nail to preserve the status quo.

‘GROUND RULES’ – ROYAL COMMISSIONS HAVE TO OBEY THE LAW

The implied terms of reference are the constitutional ‘ground rules’ that provide the legal basis for the official Terms of Reference for every royal commission inquiry that is held in Australia.

ITR#1 is Paragraph 5 of the Preamble to the Australian Constitution, i.e., … the laws of the Commonwealth are binding  upon all of the people conducting the 2 royal commissions of inquiry.

(NOTE: The proposed ‘amendment’ to the Constitution by the Albanese Government is completely unnecessary as it merely duplicates this 121-year old constitutional directive – the referendum is a $100 million con job. Why have a referendum to put an obligation in the Constitution that has been there for 121 years?)

ITR #2 stops these people from using the official terms of reference as an excuse to ignore the lethal activities of our 9 toxic parliaments.

ITR #2 stops these commissions from ignoring State-sanctioned  murders

ITR #2 addresses the laws that apply to deaths caused by the commission of a crime, e.g., Robo-debt suicides are murders as are COVID-19 deaths.

The Duty to blow the whistle on these crimes

ITR #3: Every person in the nation has a duty to disseminate the truth when government policies result in large scale homicide problems.

(Remember this from yesterday?)

PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLODURE ACT 2013

Everyone who reads this posting can blow the whistle on Robo-debt and the COVID-Gate murders. However, there is a very big problem:

IRT# 4 – FIND A POLICE COMMISSIONER NOT INVOLVED IN THESE CRIMES.

ITR #4 is a very blunt reminder that every polic commissioner in the nation is on the front foot (“Forward leaning” as Scott Morrison may possibly describe it), when it comes to engaging in the violation of these laws:

TERRORISM 101

BIO-TERRORISM 100.1

Our police commissioners need to be held accountable, and as Major-General Sengelman said 6-years ago in 2016, those responsible will resist.

May God bless you all:

May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.
