Read my review of the original version of Studio Series Voyager Megatron.

So, let’s start with the good. Megatron has a new head sculpt showing what he looked like after Optimus Prime put a severe beating on Megatron at the end of Revenge of the Fallen and shot him in the head. The head sculpt looks really great. What I don’t get is the paint job. Instead of giving him battle damage paint apps, they just repainted him in darker colors. I don’t recall him begin in drastically different colors after Optimus shot him in the head.

Overall: He has a great head sculpt, but unless you really need that, you can skip this version.
