One thing that’s just beyond impressive: Richard Smith’s right-hand technique. He’s the guy on the left sitting down.  You’d think he’s just petting his dog in as leisurely fashion as you please, instead of laying down some truly impressive guitar licks.

Brent Mason and Smith engage in one of the finest guitar duels I’ve ever had the privilege to see and hear.

They’re paying tribute to their hero, the wonderful Chet Atkins who pioneered the techniques these very fine musicians use.
