The Illusionists Live from Broadway. In Vancouver

The Illusionists Live from Broadway is a bit of a depart from the usual Broadway Across Canada offering, and I must admit that I wasn’t too thrilled, as magic acts – sorry, illusion acts –  are not my cup of tea but here are at least 5 reasons why you should check it out.

1) They’re very interactive – It made for a a very lively audience, hence, a fun night.  Running at 2 hours, I honestly didn’t realize how time went by.

2) It’s not all magic acts -Jonathan Goodwin, The Daredevil’s acts did keep me on the edge of my seat.

3) They’re very easy on the eyes – This alone would have been 5 reasons already.

4) Mind reading or set up? – Judge for yourself.  Either way prepare to be surprised.

5) It’s family-friendly – No explicit words uttered, though with some, very minimal, innuendos, it makes for a great night out with the kids.

The Illusionists Live from Broadway continues to play at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, Vancouver, until January 20, 2019, and then they head off other cities in North America.
