Growing up, Denise loved making music videos with her iPod Touch and drawing celebrities as cartoons for her friends.

It wasn’t until she studied Graphics Technology in High School that she realized there was a whole industry that allowed her to utilize her passion for design work and make a career out of it.

Denise finds her inspiration in the beauty of the mundane. When she doesn’t just want to create to challenge herself or experiment, she looks to create what is missing in mainstream media. Her goal is to highlight those who don’t often get a spotlight.

Currently, Denise is a Senior Graphic Design student at Western Connecticut State University. She works at her school’s Communications and Marketing department as a Student Graphic Designer. She hopes to continue her graphic design work and learn new skills as time goes on.
