Superlatives are becoming commonplace at Stony’s Song Loft and last night with the cosmopolitan Track Dogs was no exception. A superb evening. A coruscating cornucopia of Americana, bluegrass and Texmex – with a smidgeon of James Taylor on steroids thrown in to leaven the mix. A full house. A great vibe. Congas round the room. What a brilliant night last night in Stony Stratford, it was just great playing to a full house again. A really lovely crowd of great singers. Lovely to see our old pal, John, from Coventry in the crowd and to see the lovely couple who’d travelled 75 miles from Surrey.
