Coryates is a hamlet of eleven houses set in farmland in the Dorset countryside, east of Portesham. It lies more or less due north of Portland and Chesil Beach and is part of the Dorset AONB, about 3.5 km from the English Channel. We moved here from Kent in May 2021. For Karen this was a return to her family farm but for Ian it was a whole new adventure, having lived in East Kent for 69 years.
