What exactly do you do?

I’m very passionate about my Orthodox Christian faith, but especially the way the spirituality of the Scriptures, the Church Fathers, and modern holy Elders and Saints apply today. They are treasure troves of therapeutic wisdom, healing many psychological ailments without shaming us for the struggle in the first place. My videos, online interviews, and Therapy practice revolve around helping people apply Patristic Christian wisdom in everyday life on a practical, realistic, and healing level.

If you are looking for any sort of Christian Coaching or Psychology consulting or help with a creative project of some kind, and you think my interests and skills could be relevant, you are welcome to contact me and pick my brain. I particularly love teaching, specifically the act of taking complex ideas and making them accessible to everyone.
