Payments and Billing

You may pay over the phone by calling 617-830-1644 and speaking to our staff or by updating your credit card on file using the link here. This will be used to collect any balances for copays, coinsurances, deductibles, or missed appointments. Please note FSA/HSA cards cannot be used for missed appointment charges:

After filling out the updated card on file form please fill out the credit card collection form below. This form will be deleted after the first time your card is charged and the form is not kept on file for security purposes. The card however will be saved in software that complies with encryption rules for storing credit card information.
