Initial consultations are always free of charge. During that 20-minute period, Dr. Iankowitz offers referrals to the most appropriate healthcare provider to address chief complaints; additionally, if a group presentation is of interest to the caller, a 30-minute phone appointment is scheduled to review the individualized topics for a future workshop or presentation (may be virtual or on-site).

Each group is comprised of individuals each of whom present with unique needs. There are no two bodies alike; thus, no two groups are identical. As with referrals for presenting symptoms, presentations are individualized, taking into account the group to be addressed.

Each person has his/her/their own ideas about

  • what ‘wellness’ looks like
  • preferred short and long-term goals
  • what ‘exercise’ means
  • dietary preferences
  • whether or not yoga or meditation are worth time/attention
