Hat is C$27 each, minimum 2 hats.

SHIPPING CHARGES & OPTIONS
Free Shipping  applies to 7 hats or 9 Safety Scarves.

Regular Mail is available to 3 hats or 2 Scarves for $6.   If you choose this option, there is no tracking on your package.  Regular Mail tends to be slower than Expedited Parcel Post.  

Canada Post Flat Rate Shipping $16 by Expedited Parcel Post service which provides a tracking number.  Depending your location, you should receive your package in 1-7 business days (Mostly 2-5 days). 

PAYMENT TERMS
This is a custom made Hat.  We require full payment to arrive before order is shipped out by Canadian Post.  Shipping will occur 2 – 4 business days after we received the full payment.

RETURN POLICY
All our Hats are custom made to satisfaction.  It is very important to ensure a proper fitting and comfortable Hat.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with the fit or quality, please contact us within 15 days.  Our return policy is: Hat(s) need to be in new condition which is/are unworn and unwashed.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  And no refund will be issued on any returns made after 15 days. **

**  Please note fabrics are 100% cotton, and prewashed and preshrunk in cold water once before cutting and sewing.  It is important and recommended not to wash in hot water and do not place in dryer to ensure your Hat doesn’t shrink further.  Please refer to the Laundering Care for washing instructions.
