Hi Susan,
My sister, Judith Goodman, who you know, told me about your site. It’s really good and I shall subscribe to it. But, let me tell you about the best, I think, Indian restaurant in London and there are many, Masala Zone. It’s reasonably priced and fabulous fresh food. I’ve been eating in the Earls Court one for years the original one on Marshall Street and it’s never let me down. Do you know of it? Also the Korean restaurant you mentioned is way, way too expensive!
Hi Gloria!
Thanks so much for stopping by! I do like Masala Zone — but I generally don’t review chains because there’s no guarantee that all of them will be equally good. (For example, the Masala Zone in Covent Garden is wonderful but I’ve had pretty mediocre meals at the one in Bayswater.) And I agree, Asadal is expensive! If you know good, less expensive Korean restaurants in London, I’d love to check them out.
Hi, I was wondering if you could help me. Three years ago I went to London with a boyfriend and we ate at a brilliant pub – they only served sausages either as bangers and mash or toad in the hole. They had standard recipes like cumberland, lincolnshire etc but then more out-there ones like a bloody mary inspired one. I want to go back but cannot find the place. It was in the covent garden area. Any idea where I might be talking about? From my hazy memory of the name it was william shakespeare inspired…
Hi Floppet, I will do some research and figure this out. I have a couple of ideas but want to run them by a friend who lives in Covent Garden. Thank you very much for asking me (I feel honoured!) and thanks for subscribing!

Hi there,
I have no idea really, but have you tried googling covent garden pubs that sell just sausages? That might work. Sounds good tho… good luck…
