TICKET PRICES AND TERMS

June 2018:
Existing ticketholders: ALL TICKETS MUST BE FULLY PAID UP  by 30 JUNE 2018. If your place is not fully paid by that date, it will be offered to the next applicant, or the next person on the waiting list.

Waiting list: PLEASE PAY THE FULL BALANCE ON REGISTRATION.

There is an EARLY BIRD discounted price if you BOOK AND PAY before 31 MARCH 2018. After this date, ticket prices will be charged at a higher rate.  NOW EXPIRED.

You can pay the whole balance on registration. It guarantees your place, and will make all our lives easier!
However, if you prefer, you can pay a MINIMUM DEPOSIT of £30, this will guarantee your ticket ASSUMING you pay the balance by 30 June 2018. You will NOT qualify for the Early Bird discount unless you pay the balance by 31 March 2018. You must take responsibility for arranging the balance of your ticket price before the relevant deadline. June 2018: no longer available

REFUNDS
The deposit is always non-refundable.
If for some reason you can’t attend, but have already paid the balance of your ticket price, the balance (only) may be refundable at the discretion of the Team. If you haven’t paid your balance, we will just take you off the list of attendees.
We will pass on to you any Paypal fees we suffer for a refund.

Tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE at any time.
Because the event has been over-subscribed in the past, and because of our commitment to allocating tickets on a strictly first-come basis, we can’t allow any transfer of tickets. If you can’t come, or choose not to come, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will arrange for your place to go to the next applicant, or to the next person on our waiting list.

PAYMENT BUTTONS
The Paypal buttons below have been created to automatically charge the price of the specific ticket you ask for, so please make sure you’ve read the details above AND press the right button :).

NOTE: did you include your CORRECT Paypal email address on the Registration form? Sometimes we have trouble matching payments with registration because of pen names / real names etc. Please help us run the event as smoothly as possible by giving us all the information we need.

If you wish to make a payment directly from your Paypal account, our Paypal address is ukmeet@yahoo.co.uk.

GENERAL TICKET – FULL PAYMENT  £130

SPOTLIGHT TICKET – FULL PAYMENT  £150

HAVE YOU PAID? BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PAGE, NOW CONSIDER HELPING US OUT DURING THE WEEKEND.

step3

This is entirely optional, but much appreciated.
*We need helpers to welcome attendees on Friday afternoon, hand out badges and programmes, provide a friendly face etc.
*We welcome any pitches for panels, on the assumption you will organise and resource them. We require all panels to consist of at least two people. The Team will then contact you separately to discuss it.
*We welcome anyone to be a contributing panellist, even if the panel has been organised and run by someone else. The team can allocate you to an appropriate panel.
*We welcome panel moderators: where a panel takes the form of a discussion or Q&A, a moderator will introduce the participants, allow the best use of the time allotted, and keep interaction flowing smoothly. The Team is happy to give guidance and support.

If you’d like to help, please fill in the  form HERE.

Please consider completing the form even if your answers are No, thanks. We won’t hold a “No thanks” against anyone 🙂 but at least we’ll know you’ve seen and understood the options. If you express interest in anything, we’ll be in touch to discuss it further before committing you.
