The below standard letter proves that your loan agreement is fatally flawed, and to continue the relationship a new agreement must be drawn up.
It will be obvious to all parties that you (and everyone else) have been defrauded by them, and they will be obliged to take corrective action. Insist on a proper reply.

Account No: … – Original Loan Agreement Invalid – Needs Redrafting Please
We hope you are well, in good spirit and having a good day.
The loan agreement is not clear, and contains unlawful clauses, as described below, so a new agreement needs to be drawn up please:
1. “Law” and “legislation” are used interchangeably, as if they mean and refer to the same thing, when they do not.
The correct definition of “Law” is confirmed in the head-of-law’s public contract, which is the Coronation Oath of Mrs. Elizabeth A. M. Battenberg – The head of the BAR – British Accreditation Registry, as sworn on TV before the whole world, it being “The Laws of God”. (See Exhibit 1 below – Signed Coronation Oath – Source Jforjustice.net “Challenge”).
The Laws of God forbid any other writings on law, hence legislation is not only not law, but is fraud:

Misquoting the ‘Letter’s of Paul’ to justify that The Laws of God no longer apply, when Paul was a born-again-babe student of Jesus and therefore easy to misunderstand, amounts to a grave contradiction of Jesus and The Law, and is fraud JAHTruth.net/noti.
3. The Holy Koran also repeatedly confirms The Laws of God / Torah, and therefore Deuteronomy 4:2 in forbidding any other writings on law JAHTruth.net/covt. For Example:

4. The Laws of God are found in the Authorised 1611 king James Bible, being the first five Books of the Old Testament therein, also known as The Pentateuch and Torah – Hebrew for Law.
And Brit-ish is Hebrew for covenant-people; those who promised with Moses at Sinai to keep Those Laws of God / Covenant, them being (I)saac’s-sons or Saxons under their UNION of the 12 Tribes of JACKob flag. Jacob’s name was changed to Israel (Genesis 32:28) JAHTruth.net/britca.
British monarchs have always come from the Israelite tribe of Judah JAHTruth.net/abraham:

The Laws of God include Statutes and Judgements on commerce, war, social interaction, environment, healthy diet, etc., etc., and calls itself The Law – See Exodus 3:1, 12:49, 13:9, 16:4, etc., and Deuteronomy 1:5, 4:8, 4:48, etc.
Unlike legislation The Laws of God are concise, easy to understand, are fair and are available everywhere, in thousands of languages, as prophesied in The Holy Koran (See 3 above).
So these need to be written into the new agreement please.
5. In her Oath Mrs. Elizabeth A. M. Battenberg; the head of law in all BAR countries, “promised”, with her hand upon The Sovereign’s Authorised 1611 King James Bible … “to the utmost of her power maintain The Laws of God (in That Bible) … so help her God”
Therefore she and all her servants are contractually bound by That Oath to do exactly that; “maintain The Laws of God”; not maintain legislation. (See Exhibit 1).
6. The above-mentioned loan agreement claims jurisdiction in terms of legislation, which is fraud (See 1), hence that claim is null and void; ultra vires, to use the deceitful legalese.
7. And Mrs. Elizabeth A. M. Battenberg’s purported BAR judges have no authority, because she has no authority, she having broken her promise / Oath in multiple ways; being massively in breach of contract. See Jforjustice.net “Challenge”.
8. The rest of the agreement is also based on the country’s legislation, which is also not law, but fraud (See 1), which further renders it null and void.
9. The agreement also fraudulently attempts to take advantage of the fraudulent legislation, which promotes fraudulent legal tender in direct contravention of The Laws of God, which refer to money as being only silver and gold (Genesis 13:2, 23:15, Exodus 21:32, Leviticus 5:15, Numbers 7:13-14, Deuteronomy 8:13, 22:18, etc.).

10. The agreement also fraudulently attempts to take advantage of the fraudulent legislation which permits fraudulent usury / interest, in direct contravention of The Laws of God:

The fraudulent legislation also fraudulently redefines usury to mean excess-interest, when usury is all interest – all interest is forbidden.
11. And while silver and gold have intrinsic value, all legal tender “amounts” have none.
And more than 99% of all legal tender “amounts” are made up of price increases over the last century and longer, to keep pace with the fraudulent banking system’s usury / interest over that time.
So the no-intrinsic-value ever-escalating-prices legal tender cannot in any way shape or form be construed as “value” / “consideration”.
These destructions of “value” / “consideration” would not have happened had silver and gold remained the money, and usury / interest not been applied.
12. The banking system deceitfully uses schooling and media, to hide the fact that its usury / interest caused the last century’s exponential price increases* and also that stealing everyone’s silver and gold coinage; making them poor, was okay, when they were not.
* Usury unsettles the prices of things, which leads to speculation in and betting on the movements in the prices of things, which further unsettles prices, in a continuous escalating spiral, and which the absence of silver and gold coinage exacerbates.
And blaming price increases on wage increases, which are needed by the stolen-from-people, is blatant fraudulent lying to continue stealing.

13. These thefts, by the now phenomenally rich Mrs. Elizabeth Battenberg and her supporters, rely on the deceitful and brute tactics of their legislation and police(y) (en)forces, with their pretended-courts, penalties, prisons, etc., etc., to intimidate their victims into silence.
14. The multiple fatal flaws in the agreement render it completely null and void; completely without power; completely ultra vires, to use the deceitful legalese.
