Cynthia L. Simmons

I’m honored to share my interview with Cynthia L. Simmons of Heart of the Matter Radio that airs August 10, 2017, at 9:30 PM CDT (10:30 PM EDT).

My interview with Cynthia proved to be one of the highlights of my June trip to Cincinnati, Ohio, where I attended the Advanced Writers and Speakers (AWSA) conference and Unite 2017, the Christian Booksellers Association (CBA) international convention.

Heart of the Matter Radio is a ministry of Cynthia L Simmons, who acts as host and producer. In each broadcast, she offers the elegance of God’s wisdom.

Cynthia is the mother of five and past president of Christian Authors Guild. She hosts Heart of the Matter Radio each week, encouraging women who seek the elegance of God’s wisdom. Cynthia conducts writing workshops, and leads Atlanta Christian Writing Retreat. In 2008 she was nominated for Georgia Author of the Year.

“Cyndi” is fond of history and writes both historical fiction and nonfiction. Combining history and Scripture, she ministers to women of all ages, but has a special place in her heart for homeschool mothers. She’s a frequent speaker at lady’s groups and homeschool gatherings.

I’m home! This summer brought several new challenges and opportunities for me. And because of my summer travel schedule, I needed to slow down on my online activities a bit. But this change of pace helped me shift through some of my commitments and make some needed changes in my life.

Thank you. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to interview with Cynthia L. Simmons and others about my book, Words That Change Everything: Speaking Truth to Your Soul. If you want to know more about my book, click here.

I’m also grateful for YOU—my online readers and followers. And I’m excited to be back online after a short summer break. So, thank you for checking out my blog.
