“Whistler’s Tiger Mother,” an affectionate pastiche of James Whistler’s most famous painting. Inspired by Amy Chua‘s controversial book, Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother, in which she describes her strict, no-nonsense approach to raising her two daughters, which included making them master the piano and violin.
