It’s the testimony from David Holmes, and I guess it proves a quid pro quo?
According to David Holmes’s opening statement obtained by @mkraju and @jeremyherb, Holmes could hear Sondland tell Trump on the phone that President Zelensky “loves your ass.”

Trump responded “So, he’s gonna do the investigation?”
“Sondland; “He’s gonna do it."
Or, actually… it doesn’t. All it shows is that Sondland told Trump that the president of Ukraine likes him so much he’s going to perform the investigation he requested.
But we’re kinda past that, aren’t we? Does that prove the quid pro quo? Not really, but libs certainly think so.

Two devastating details from Holmes’s testimony, just read on air by CNN: 1. He personally heard Trump demand investigation of Biden. 2. Sondland said Trump didn’t care about the war with Russia because he only cared about things that benefited him, like the Biden investigation.

He doesn’t care about the war with Russia. I mean, we kinda all knew that. But this fits with his version that he just wants to look into corruption in Ukraine. SO… I’m not sure this is the bombshell they’re pretending it is. They really really need a smoking gun if they want to turn enough Republicans to actually remove Trump after impeachment. And they haven’t done that at all.
