Position – Junior Engineer / Assistant Engineer – Mines Maintenance

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Equipment Availability:To execute Schedule maintenance and monitor their timely execution.

Inspection of the equipment to confirm all defects are rectifying at early stage.
To execute planned and breakdown jobs as per SOP/SWP. To maintain the history of equipment/sub assembly & major jobs.

Cost Optimisation::

System Implementation

Identify and execute improvements and kaizen.
Identify & get rectified -Abnormalities.
- Spillage/leakages, 5S activities.
- Do why- why analysis.

Safety &Statutory

Ensure & follow all applicable Safety Standards without any Deviation including Safety, Health & Environment Management

Statutory compliance.
SOP’s & SWP have to be update from time to Time and to be followed in the area of working

Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills

Knowledge of repair and maintenance of bigger class HEMM, cranes & shunting Loco spare parts indenting and understanding of plant maintenance.

Qualifications: Diploma
Minimum Experience Level: 3-10 Years

Must have knowledge about Operation and Maintenance of Cement Mill, Roller Press and Packing Plant
should have knowledge about SAP PM Module
should have knowledge about of ABG Safety Standards
should have knowledge about of inventory and Budget related activities
should have knowledge about of ISO and WCM
should have knowledge about Manpower Management
should have knowledge about Predictive and Corrective Maintenance Analysis

Qualifications: Others,Diploma
Minimum Experience Level: 4-5 Years
