INDIANAPOLIS–A woman was shot and killed on the west side of Indianapolis Saturday morning.
IMPD says the shooting happened around 5:30 at 305 S. Harris Avenue which is not far from West Washington Street and South Belmont Avenue.
When officers arrived at the scene, they say they found the woman with a gunshot wound. She was taken to a hospital and later died.
Police are searching for suspects.
