Baghdad Provincial Council, Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs held a press conference to discuss the phenomenon of begging in the streets of the Iraqi capital Baghdad, stressing the necessity of activating the law of compulsory education for children and the necessity to enroll them in schools.
